Wholesale Market:

Monthly research with customers from all sectors purchasing from our wholesale client.  1,200 telephone interviews per month with monthly and quarterly performance reporting.


KPI measures, branch performance competition, IT and technology monitoring as well as specific quality and performance check.


This 5 year project fed directly into the company's management, future strategy and incentives structures.

An extremely valuable service.

Building Insurance:

Research to inform a complete internal company review of the current product and service offer, service provision and the direction of travel for the industry.

Personal executive interviews with key market influencers and specialists together with telephone interviews with owners and directors of national and regional companies.

Business Panel:

Together with its panel partners Customer Care Research conducts specialist targeted one-hit research to test markets about immediate issues relevant to our clients.

Scientific Equipment:

Customer Care Research has two clients in the scientific equipment sector, firstly for blood products and secondly for gas production.  Both clients carry out periodic customer research, which also tidies up their databases too in these fast moving industries.


The charity sector is something Customer Care Research fell into, but have subsequently working with companies in this sector relating to fundraising, blindness, sailing and a number of others.

Hotels and Conference Venues:

Using a variety of methods according to the client's needs Customer Care Research has carried out everything from spot checks on specific events to continuous monitoring of customer appreciation over a number of years.  This is particularly useful in the business there where competition for the business and leisure traveller is fierce.

Methods include simple customer cards, service apps, intranet and internet, periodic revisits, telephone and any combination thereof.  

Investors in People:

Employee surveys can be carried out using internal formats or established methodologies such as Investors in people.  Examples can be provided of both.
